I enjoy a wide range of musical styles; truly everything from folk, country, classical, classic rock, whatever. I listen primarily to Christian music, although not exclusively.

My favorite artists; Rich Mullins, Beatles, Caedmons Call, Tim McGraw, Kenny Chesney, Jim Croce, Third Day, Creed, Keith Green, Peter, Paul and Mary, Chris Rice, Michael Card, Casting Crowns and Jeremy Camp, along with a steady mix of praise/worship are what I have been listening to the most lately. Whew, I listen to a lot of music!

Growing up, I cut my teeth on the Beatles, Rush, Yes, Black Sabbath, Jethro Tull, Grand Funk and the rest of the 60’ & 70’s classic rock bands.

Let’s see, favorite concerts; I saw Rich Mullins three times (met him once, man was he short!), PFR, Third Day, Creed, Jeremy Camp (great show), Kenny Chesney, Springsteen (in 1985!).

So, that’s the under 200 word version. Hey, who said they didn’t like country!?

wow - thanks Dan! I share your like of Jim Croce - found myself singing a tune of his just yesterday, in fact. I also share your like of most of the other stuff you listed.
And, uhh, well, I dislike country western - so much for my own anonymity!

I can do country--- but stick with mostly 89.7 or 90.1. I love the hymns too. (grew up baptist:)

Here's a funny about music. With the birth of my first child, I had Ginny Owens and Erin O'donnell playing in the back ground. Not knowing that the labor would be so long, it played over and over and over. By the end, my midwife was asking if ANY ONE had another CD we could play--lol

I like a lot of different music....even country!!, although not always. I really don't like the country that sort-of has a Christian message, but is way off. Anyway, my current favorites would be Chris Rice, Third Day, and Jeremy Camp. I still love to listen to the Songs CD by Rich Mullins and way in the past, I liked Cat Stevens and yes, Jim Croce too.
